That was the scene at the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal on the night of June 27th, when the duo Angine de Poitrine from Saguenay, Québec played a historic, record-breaking outdoor show on the festival’s main stage, blasting a frenetic mix of math rock, metal, punk and jazz — a testament to the adventurous, open ears of Montreal music lovers.
