Welcome to Musica Jazz, the international English-language edition of Italy’s oldest and most prestigious jazz magazine, published by 22Publishing S.r.l. Socio Unico.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of subscriptions and magazine issues available via our international website: musicajazz.it/en.

Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or subscribing to Musica Jazz. By placing an order or subscribing, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms.

1. About Us

We are 22Publishing S.r.l. Socio Unico, a company incorporated in Italy, VAT number IT04898200961, with registered office at Via San Calocero, 2, 20123 Milano (Italy).

2. Products Offered

Musica Jazz offers the following products:

A. Digital Subscription

Provides access exclusively to paywalled articles on our website.

B. Phygital Subscription (Print + Digital)

Includes:

  • Access to paywalled articles on our website.
  • Browseable PDF versions of the magazine via your private customer area.
  • Streaming access to audio tracks via your private customer area.
  • Delivery of the printed magazine to your designated address, with one or two CDs included per issue.
  • Downloading of digital magazines is not permitted. Content is accessible exclusively through our website’s viewing platform.

C. Single Magazine Issues

  • Printed magazine with one or two CDs (depending on the issue).
  • Does not include access to digital PDF or premium content.

 

3. Subscription Terms

Subscription Activation

We aim to activate your subscription promptly upon successful payment. However, we cannot guarantee activation by any specific date. You confirm your details are accurate, complete, and current at the time of order.

Fees and Payment

  • Subscription prices are displayed clearly during the ordering process.
  • Prices include applicable taxes (VAT). Any tax breakdown is detailed in the payment confirmation.
  • We accept payments via PayPal and Stripe (credit cards accepted).

If payment authorization fails or is canceled, we may suspend or terminate your subscription immediately.

Renewals

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you inform us of cancellation at least 14 days before the renewal date. You will be notified via email of any changes in subscription rates at least 14 days before renewal.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Magazines are shipped internationally from Italy via priority mail without tracking. Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination.

  • If a magazine is not delivered, please contact Customer Service (abbonamenti@ieoinf.it) to request a second shipment. A maximum of two shipments per issue is permitted.
  • Single magazine issues follow the same shipping policy.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused subscription period or undelivered issues

To cancel, please use your customer area or email abbonamenti@ieoinf.it including:

  • Your full name
  • Subscription number or order number
  • Billing and delivery address
  • Contact information

Single Issues

Due to the nature of periodical publications, returns and refunds are not available for single issue purchases.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Musica Jazz magazine and its accompanying CDs are produced, printed, and shipped from Italy and are subject to Italian copyright law.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, resale, or use of content is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from 22Publishing S.r.l. Socio Unico

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your data. We comply fully with EU GDPR and Italian data protection laws.

8. Liability Limitations

Musica Jazz content is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for any specific purpose.

Except for liabilities that cannot be excluded by law, our total liability related to your subscription or use of Musica Jazz products is limited to the subscription fee you have paid.

We are not liable for:

  • Delays or delivery failures beyond our control.
  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically for regulatory or business reasons. Any significant changes will be clearly communicated via email or through our website.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Milan, Italy.
